2025-26 KU IWC Course List

Important Notices

Please review the following information before proceeding with course registration.

  • Students can enroll in a maximum of 2 courses during the International Winter Campus.
  • Courses with overlapping timetables cannot be taken together.
  • Each course is worth 3 academic credits.
  • A 3-credit course consists of 48 total hours of instruction.
  • Each class hour is structured as 50 minutes of instruction followed by a 10-minute break.
  • In-person Students attend classes physically on the Korea University campus.
  • Blended Professors conduct lectures in-person on campus, with sessions broadcast live online. Students may choose to attend either physically or virtually.
  • Online-only Both professors and students participate in classes remotely via virtual platforms.
※ Important ※ For Blended courses, students must select their participation method (online or in-person) during registration. This choice cannot be changed after the course begins.

Remarks

  • All classes are held Monday through Friday (Korea Standard Time).
  • There are no classes on public holidays: Dec 25, 2025 (Thu) and Jan 1, 2026 (Thu).
  • A make-up class is scheduled for Saturday, January 3, 2026.
  • The final P2 class on January 9 will conclude at 16:00.
  • In-person / Blended (in-person): Students should check the exact classroom location on the Campus Map →
  • Classroom locations for each course can be viewed by clicking on the course card.
  • There is no separate course registration process for KU IWC. The course(s) you selected in your application are treated as final.
  • If full payment is not completed within the designated payment period, your course registration may be canceled.
  • Until the registration deadline: Make changes via the Change Application Menu.
  • After the registration deadline: Contact the Student Support Centre during the add & drop period.
  • It is the student's responsibility to ensure their registration is correct. Any failure to do so may affect their final grade.
  • Once the add & drop period has ended, no changes will be permitted under any circumstances.

Course add & drop period:  Dec 23 - Dec 24, 2025 (the first 2 days after the course begins)

  • Students are responsible for textbooks and course readers for their registered courses.
  • Please refer to the syllabus for detailed information or contact the professors via email to prepare the necessary course materials before arrival.
  • Textbooks for Korean Language courses are available at the Korea University bookstore.
